OUR MICROBIOME - THE GUT BRAIN

There is a new model of health and it is in our small and large intestines. No more ‘one size fits all’ approaches but clear and specific test results. Learning how to define and understand our body’s language, signals of comfort and discomfort, allows us the liberty of choosing what is most appropriate for us and what is not. Different sources of animal and vegetable protein and how to make them palatable. How to get sweetness when fresh fruit is not in season without dipping into the candy jar. Questions on protein shakes, the various stages of beneficial fasting and how to make that work for you. STRESSED? EFFECTIVE AND LASTING ENERGY METHODS FOR ALL AGES AND SITUATIONS

Stress ReleaseBeyond coping skills, and making do, this class takes a closer look at what stresses most of us out and how it impacts us, what goes on in our environment and the people living in it. Stressful patterns are often based on old learned behavioral protections that come into play when even the slightest reminder triggers them. Rather than shaming ourselves into courage and to overcome old fears, wouldn’t it be great to have more hands on - in the moment power to ease the stress? EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE, EFT - A DEEPER LOOK
