During the rest of this year 2020, which might be called the year of Covid-19, it continues to be vitally important to use common sense, caution, courage and compassion to see us through these times. We are pulling together, staying in touch as best we can, sharing thoughts and our hearts.
We miss most everything about how freely we used to interact and it’s surely caused lasting moments of distress for most of us. We feel isolated and emotionally deprived of touch and of the hugs we used to get on a daily basis. While some of us still hug, it’s frowned upon, outright forbidden in some areas, which violates one of the most fundamental laws of our humanity. Is this by design? Is it on purpose? Are we sure we can live without it? Couple this with the constant public media onslaught of danger, and fear porn, not to speak of how such excess dishonors the real tragedies unfolding since April, since children are born without their dads present, old people died alone, how people with special medical requirements were unable to get care - all of which has now backfired into this huge mess of institutionalized negligence, even as nurses and doctors have spoken out against such practices.
Let’s put logic in the driver’s seat and let’s look at the likelihood of getting the virus. Most of the cases are mild and people heal within a short time, a few weeks at the most. The immense exaggeration of deaths when compared with other flu years has scared people into the compliance of wearing masks, which cause breathing problems and recollection of microbes on our breath. We’re meant to breathe out and not have our mouths and noses covered. Other yearly causes of death, perhaps more tragic than the flu, have much higher numbers and have gotten zero attention - is it normal that kids and others kill themselves or that car crashes claim more lives than the virus has? Such disregard is front and center now in our lives.
Many with symptoms tested negative for COVID-19 and had other respiratory problems. From prevention to treatment, previously successful therapeutics and natural healing methods are rising once more to the surface. Antibiotics are ineffective against viruses. Other contributing factors include strong air pollution, such as Italy’s industrial centers of Milan and surrounding areas, as well as their drive to be one of the first 5G nations in Europe.

10 Defenses to Keep you Healthy to Prevent and Treat Viral Infections
Defense Number 1: Hydrate yourself well with clean fresh water so your body has sufficient fluids to flush out waste and toxins, including the thick sticky mucus seen on x-rays of autopsied lungs.
